Our Process is simple...
We operate on teaching your player how to truly play the game. Teaching them the little things in the game. All kids at a high level can hit-throw-catch, and while we elevate those areas, we also coach on the small details we well. We explain why it needs to be done this way so your player has a thorough understanding and the reasoning behind it.

Fundamentals
Baseball is not easy, and learning the fundamentals of the game is crucial. A player must learn how to catch the ball, how to throw it, and how to it hit to be successfull. By teaching the proper technique and putting your player at positions where there is a high rate of success at that time, he will grow to love the game even more.
What we do
We make your player earn his time on the field. Nothing is handed to you in the real world, and we follow that concept. We do not rotate players like in other leagues just because they are on the team. If your player wants playing time, just like in life, he will have to earn that right...and our coaches work hard to make sure your player does just that.
